Banten Ombudsman Office Announces Recruitment for Assistant Positions
BANTEN NEWS - The Banten branch of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia has announced an exciting opportunity for those seeking to contribute to the enhancement of public services. The office is currently looking to fill Assistant positions. This recruitment is open to the general public, inviting applications from individuals with a minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's degree (S1) or a diploma (DIV), and a master's degree (S2) with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
Fadli Afriadi, the Head of the Banten Ombudsman Office, emphasized that this recruitment drive is part of the institution's efforts to improve public service quality and ensure services are free from maladministration.
"The recruited Ombudsman Assistants are expected to become part of a professional and independent team. Their roles will involve handling public reports, providing recommendations for service improvements, and supervising the execution of public service tasks by government agencies," stated Fadli on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.
Fadli detailed the requirements for applicants, which include being an Indonesian citizen in good physical and mental health, free from narcotics and illegal drugs, and possessing moral integrity, capability, and a good reputation. Applicants should be between 21 to 34 years old as of December 1, 2024.
"Applicants must have a minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's degree (S1) or a diploma (DIV) or a master's degree (S2) with a minimum GPA of 2.75. The registration process is conducted online through the link https://calasori.ombudsman.go.id from July 1 to July 14, 2024. Applicants are required to accurately fill in their personal data and upload the necessary administrative documents as per the specified guidelines.
The required documents include a cover letter, curriculum vitae, recent passport-sized photograph, identity card, educational certificates, academic transcripts, accreditation certificate, police clearance certificate, physical and mental health certificate, narcotics-free certificate, and a declaration statement as per the applicable requirements.
