“Use this tournament to create bonds among youths in the region. Your role is to study hard and chase achievements in this fast-paced digital era. Avoid negative influences,” said Captain Afendi. He reminded participants that youth play a key role in continuing the legacy of the nation’s heroes.
In addition to encouraging sportsmanship, Captain Afendi urged the community to join hands in mentoring the youth. This, he explained, would help develop resilient future leaders who are committed to upholding the nation’s ideals.
The event highlighted the importance of collaboration, education, and the spirit of togetherness in nurturing a strong generation for Indonesia's future. ***
