One Day Full Training for Madrasah Principals in Lebak: Enhancing Leadership and Character Building
FOCUS NEWS - Wakil Bupati Lebak, Amir Hamzah, officially inaugurated the One Day Full Training on The 7 Awareness Character Building and Leadership program for Madrasah Principals (MI, MTs, MA) under the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Lebak Regency. The event took place at Aula MAN 1 Lebak on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
Emphasizing Awareness in Leadership
During the event, Amir Hamzah highlighted the importance of cultivating awareness values as fundamental principles for school principals in their leadership roles. According to him, this program serves as a significant momentum to foster awareness among individuals.
"A leader must possess at least three types of awareness. First, managerial awareness, which focuses on planning, organizing, executing, and controlling functions," stated Amir Hamzah at MAN 1 Lebak, on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
Three Key Awareness Areas for Leaders
Managerial Awareness: Emphasizes effective management through planning, organizing, execution, and control.
Entrepreneurial Awareness: Encourages the improvement of educational service quality without relying solely on limited funding sources.
Supervisory Awareness: Urges leaders to maintain a strong focus on both internal and external school environments.
"Let us build awareness for a better Lebak Regency (Ruhay). With God's will, Lebak will witness positive changes," he added.
